Loft was founded by a group of friends from Los Angeles who were interested in learning more about holistic wellness.
After spending time in renowned spiritual havens including Tulum, Mexico and Bali, Indonesia, they returned to California ready to share their passion for spiritual growth. We are now proud to offer workshops and experiences to our ever-expanding circle of friends in the Los Angeles area.
