REFUND POLICY - EVENT TICKETS

In the event that you are no longer able to attend an event after purchasing a ticket, and you notify us prior to the event date, you may be eligible for a refund. The refund amount will be based on your ticket price (not including the booking fee) minus an administration fee calculated based on how soon before the event you confirm with us your request for a refund.

Administration fee amount

  • 7 or more days prior to event date: 15% of ticket price

  • 4 - 6 days prior to event date: 30% of ticket price

  • 1 - 3 days prior to event date: 50% of ticket price

  • Before noon on day of event: 50% of ticket price

  • Noon on day of event or later: not eligible for refund

All requests for refund of event tickets should be sent to us by email, by replying to the ticket confirmation email from the same email account that it was sent to.

DELIVERY POLICY
All membership and event ticket purchases are recorded electronically, with purchase confirmation and receipt sent to the purchaser’s provided email address.

CANCELLATION POLICY - MEMBERSHIPS
Members may upgrade their account to a premium membership with an automatically renewing subscription (renewing quarterly or annually as selected by the member). You will be sent an email 72 hours prior to automatic membership renewal reminding you of the upcoming renewal payment and providing you an opportunity to change or cancel your premium membership prior to renewal, if desired.

Premium membership payments are fully refundable if requested within 48 hours of membership signup or automatic renewal, provided that the member has not made use of Premium member benefits during that time period. Refund requests can be made by replying to the upgrade or renewal confirmation email.
